My car went in for service on last week. No complaints with the service. However, this dealership does not answer the phones and they do not return your texts back. I have noticed this change over the last three years. They need to work on this because it’s really not good customer service when a customer has questions about their car. They also kept my car too long for tire change and A service. It use to take about 6-8 hours, now it’s 5p the next day.

Kept me posted but learned this visit my scheduled appt did not matter due to me having a loaner. The other customer was move to serviced first. This disturbs me because I travel slmost 2 hrs to have my vehicle serviced. And I like to get back on the road. . I do appreciate the continued use of a loaner it allows me to take care of errands. I always thought appointments mattered. I do schedule waiy before my service time

We are new Mercedes owners and went in for oil change and inspection. Only the oil change was required but the attentiveness of the service rep, Zach made the visit comfortable and pleasant for my wife. He answered her questions about vehicle operations and was very professional.
Good service. Zack was helpful like always. Just was surprised it took so long for tire to come in.
Clean, efficient. Completed 1st annual service on time and handled my tire pressure issue. I am impressed by the waiting/sitting area with visibility out to the service area. It is gratifying and entertaining to be able to watch my car being serviced.
I had an excellent experience working with my salesperson, Kash. We communicated for 4 months until we found the right match. I have owned a Lexus for the last 12 years until my husband convenience me to purchased a Mercedes. I am so disappointed with my first visit at the Mercedes dealership in Augusta, GA. This dealership left the paper and the plastic in my vehicle after servicing the vehicle which Lexus has never done this. Also, I was not offer a complementary vehicle wash which at the Lexus dealership, they do this at every service. Friendly staff. I had a 12:45 appt for an oil change but don’t get out until 3:15. I thought having an appt would get me in and out fairly quickly.
Thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience. This dealership has automated their finance process which expedites the buying process. Wonderfully impressed with my purchase.

Last 2 service visits we picked 2019 C300 4 matic up after service and the check engine light was still on after being notified car was serviced and ready to be picked up. After questioning the light again we were told at 62,000 miles we had transmission issues for an estimate of $2800. Filed claim with Mercedes Corp.

Whenever I need any of my vehicles serviced, Ryan (and the other staff as well) always delivers legendary customer service. With this last visit my car was only vacuumed in the front and the front wheels were half cleaned. I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble so I didn’t say anything. Other than that always a great experience.
Do not go here to get your car serviced they will rip you off and charge you for things that do not need repair

Unhappy with manufacturing of the coolant hose and line. Really considering getting rid of my car because of the information I received and the possibility of the same thing happening again because of the location of the hose in relation to a heated part. I am very disappointed in the workmanship. There should be a recall before an explosion causes a serious accident. Luckily when mine exploded I was coming to a complete stop. I had an 8 am appt. for a 1 hour job. Due to them over booking I had to wait 6 hours while I watched from the waiting room. They didn’t even begin to address my car for 3 hours.Never again!
